We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your HATCH pieces throughout every stage of motherhood. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

Print Your Label

Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS return shipping label and a packing slip to include inside your package.

Package and Ship

Securely pack your items in the original mailer, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
